Consignment Sales Associate Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Greet shoppers and provide personalized styling or decor advice.

Inventory Flow:

Assist in the intake of new consignments, ensuring items meet our quality standards.

Merchandising:

Keep the shop looking fresh by organizing displays and restocking shelves.

Point of Sale:

Handle transactions accurately and manage our consignor database.

Visual Merchandising & Floor Management:

"Executing dynamic floor resets that combine creative aesthetics with efficient shop organization."

Curation & Product Placement:

"Strategically staging inventory to highlight new arrivals while maintaining a clean, shoppable environment."

Retail Environment Design:

"Designing eye-catching vignettes and window displays that reflect our brand while optimizing customer traffic flow."

Inventory Showcasing:

"Mixing creative styling with practical merchandising to ensure every item—from clothing to home decor—is presented at its best." POS Specialist (Point of Sale): "Expertly navigating our sales and inventory software to manage purchases, returns, and consignor payouts."

Transaction Coordinator:

"Overseeing the accuracy of daily financial records, including cash handling, card processing, and digital storefront updates."

Sales & Systems Associate:

Pay:

$8.00 - $9.00 per hour
