• We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with a positive attitude to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find products, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. • General Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales is

REQUIRED

• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in hardware, tools, plumbing, electrical, paint, and/or lawn & garden is a bonus and could justify a higher starting rate.
