Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure branch operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Assist in developing company policies and procedures Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant Oversee strategic operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor branch production Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service Qualifications Proven work experience in management or similar role within a construction, building materials, or floorcovering related company. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and sales management Experience budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business principles Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skill
