Full-time Role Summary:
Pinarello US is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our New York flagship retail location. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class, luxury-level brand experience, driving store performance, and serving as the primary on-site leader for Pinarello's premier retail presence in the United States. The Retail Store Manager owns all aspects of store success, including sales execution, customer experience, team leadership, inventory integrity, and operational excellence. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams to ensure the store reflects Pinarello's premium position while supporting broader commercial objectives. In addition, this role serves as a key ambassador for the brand within the local cycling community-building relationships, hosting events, and fostering meaningful connections with customers, partners, and athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the overall performance and presentation of the New York retail store, ensuring a world-class customer experience aligned with the Pinarello brand. Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging directly with customers and key accounts. Drive store revenue through effective sales leadership and customer relationship management. Track, analyze, and act on key performance metrics including sales, conversion, AOV, and inventory health. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, product storytelling, and brand standards. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to build a high-performing team. Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with all operational procedures including opening/closing, and store policies. Partner with service and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience from purchase through ongoing service and maintenance. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, in-store events, and promotional activities. Serve as a host, mentor, and brand ambassador to retail partners, local riders, and the broader cycling community.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within premium or specialty retail. Strong sales leadership skills with a customer-first mindset. Passion for cycling and performance road products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational excellence. Experience managing or contributing to a retail or brand social media presence is a plus but not required.
Job Requirements:
3-5+ years of retail management experience. Experience managing inventory and store operations. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-standard retail hours. Ability to lift and move bicycles and retail fixtures. Occasional travel required, including an initial trip to Europe for product training and brand alignment. Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation:
Combination of base salary and commission structure, with total on-target earnings estimated at $80,000-$110,000 USD.
