We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our White Oaks location in Springfield, IL. In this role, you'll drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations and drive sales performanceRecruit, hire, train, and develop team membersCoach and motivate employees to achieve store goalsMaintain store presentation and merchandising standardsManage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and store operations

About You:

Prior retail leadership or management experience requiredStrong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach, motivate, and develop a teamOrganized and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesBasic Microsoft Office proficiencyFood, specialty retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $43,000 - $57,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.​​​In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
