Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber with 10+ years in the field to join our team as a Plumbing Advisor. This is a consultant-style role focused on providing expert guidance on plumbing projects, supporting field teams, and helping ensure high-quality execution across all work. This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired professional who is not currently working full-time and wants to stay active in the industry in a flexible advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on plumbing projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems Advise teams on cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and systems in residential infrastructure Support troubleshooting of water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related plumbing issues Advise on water heaters, sump pumps, ejector systems, and other residential plumbing components Ensure proper installation and maintenance practices for DWV and sanitary systems Act as a mentor and technical resource for field technicians Requirements 10+ years of plumbing experience Must be a Licensed Journeyman Plumber Retired or semi-retired (not currently working full-time) Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Skilled with plumbing tools and diagnostic methods Strong communication and mentoring ability Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred
