Job Summary The Retirement Plan Operations Associate plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy of our recordkeeping systems. The position is responsible for daily reconciliation, transaction processing, and supporting both internal teams and stakeholders for the qualified retirement plans we provide recordkeeping services for. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start out in the retirement plan industry. Job Responsibilities Deliver excellent support to plan participants. Perform cash and securities reconciliation for trust accounts. Process transactions for qualified retirement plans. Monitor recordkeeping system and processes. Collaborate with the internal team, and external auditors about annual plan compliance. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Systems Administration, or other related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Perform the tasks assigned in an accurate and timely manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with a commitment to the company's success and values. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Base salary:
$60,000 annually
Performance Bonus:
Eligible after first year
PTO:
13 days in the first year (prorated on hire date) 100% of employee's medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) plan + 7.5% employer profit sharing contribution + Subject to the terms, conditions and provisions in the Erisa Corporation Company Handbook and related documents.
