Lead HVAC Installer Silverhill, AL Service Air Service Air is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and leadership in the field. Position Overview Lead residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code Supervise helpers or junior installers Communicate effectively with customers and team members Requirements 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices Ability to lead a job from start to finish Valid driver's license EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 annually , based on experience and performance What We Offer Competitive pay Steady work year-round Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement PI284403932
