Returns Claims Coordinator Daily Responsibilities:

Adhering to set policies and procedures. Is a warehouse environment. Opening/closing return trailers/routes for processing. Verify that the trailer/route has been left as expected of RTG standards. Retrieve manifest from the trailer/route or reprint manifest from DispatchTrack for all return trailers/routes for RTGs check-in process. Ensure all return, exchange and shop pieces are accounted for and checked in. Look for any overloads, cross loads, mis pulls and assure RTG is aware of them and they are accounted for. If any pieces are unaccounted, research as necessary to verify the reason a piece may be missing from the trailer/route. If there is no verified reason why a piece may be missing, sign off to verify with RTG that it is agreed the piece in question was missing. This needs to be done only when the trailer/route is still in the door. Consistently communicate with yard drivers on proper disposition of the trailers/routes, from returns to reprocessing. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :
