Job Description:
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in manufacturing or logistics environments? We're looking for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer return experience. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer return requests, issuing RMA numbers and guiding the process from start to finish Communicate daily with customers via phone and email to provide updates and ensure satisfaction Partner with manufacturing and production control teams to track and fulfill RMA part requests Act as a customer liaison, resolving issues related to documentation, pricing, payments, and purchase orders Support program managers by presenting updated pricing negotiations and PO requirements Perform final service reviews prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy Prepare and manage all RMA shipping documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Shipping, Receiving, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and invoicing issues Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, planning, quality, or logistics environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Why Join Us?
