Job Description
Our client is looking to add a revenue accountant to support their continued growth and acquisitions. This is an opportunity to have real impact in the direction of the organization with space for upward mobility. Position Summary Responsible for revenue recognition following ASC 606 guidelines Executes monthend and quarterend revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis Partners closely across departments on revenue matters Drives accurate revenue accounting within ERP and accounting systems Supports system implementations and process improvements to scale revenue operations Assists with M&A activities, including diligence and postacquisition revenue integration Prepares audit support, disclosures, and revenuerelated documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience 5+ years of revenue accounting experience, including SaaS and ASC 606 Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance Handson experience with large ERP systems (ie SAP, Oracle, etc) and complex revenue arrangements Strong analytical, organizational, and detailoriented skillset Public company experience and CPA preferred Onsite/Hybrid 3 days in 2 days out Compensation DOE base ranging from $85,000-115,000
