• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle processes.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle—from patient registration and billing to collections and accounts receivable management. Your leadership will ensure efficient workflows, accurate billing practices, and timely collections, ultimately maximizing revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards. Duties Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, coding, billing, collections, and accounts receivable follow-up. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance cash flow. Lead, train, and mentor staff involved in billing, coding, collections, and accounts management to ensure high performance and compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable, collection rates, and denial rates to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinical departments and third-party payers to resolve billing issues promptly and reduce claim denials. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Utilize revenue cycle management software to analyze data trends, generate reports, and inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare or related environment. Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance claims processing, and payer policies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Proficiency in revenue cycle management systems and data analysis tools. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations or payer requirements.
