Responsibilities Review and evaluate user-generated reviews, comments, and feedback for compliance with community guidelines and policies Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, trending topics, and potential issues across social media channels Engage with users by responding to reviews or escalating concerns as appropriate, fostering positive relationships Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure review content aligns with branding standards and messaging strategies Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visual assets for moderation campaigns or community engagement initiatives Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to identify patterns, sentiment shifts, or areas requiring attention Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, flagged content, and escalations for reporting purposes Skills Proficiency in SEO strategies and keyword research to optimize review visibility and engagement Strong social media management skills using platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising for campaign coordination Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation and editing Knowledge of social listening tools and techniques to monitor online conversations effectively Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications Familiarity with digital marketing principles including branding, e-commerce, video editing, and web analytics Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship management skills to build trust with users and internal teams Join us as a Reviews Moderator if you're passionate about fostering authentic online communities!
