Job Description

RF Engineer needed to design, analyze, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and document antenna and RF systems for defense and aerospace applications. Job Requirements BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field Experience with antenna theory Antenna testing experience Experience creating test procedures Experience designing, developing, and analyzing RF systems and components Experience with antennas, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, or frequency converters Experience testing and evaluating antennas and RF systems Experience with RF performance specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Experience using antenna/RF testing and measurement equipment Experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes Preferred Skills Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field Specialized RF, antenna, or aerospace certifications Experience with defense or aerospace applications Experience integrating RF systems into aircraft, satellites, unmanned vehicles, or ground-based systems Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as
MATLAB, ADS, CST
Microwave Studio, or similar software Experience with frequency planning and RF spectrum management Experience troubleshooting signal interference, noise, power limitations, and RF performance issues Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and analyze RF systems and components for defense and aerospace applications Design and evaluate antennas, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, and frequency converters Integrate RF systems into larger aerospace or defense platforms Support RF integration for aircraft, satellites, unmanned vehicles, and ground-based systems Conduct antenna and RF system testing to verify compliance with performance specifications Create test procedures for antenna and RF system validation Use RF testing and measurement equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes Identify and resolve RF system issues related to signal interference, noise, power limitations, and performance optimization Conduct frequency planning and management activities to support RF spectrum utilization Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, test reports, and design documentation Support development, manufacturing, and maintenance activities for RF systems and components
