Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist in the maintenance of medical records and documentation
• Support patients in memory care and hospice care settings
• Utilize knowledge of physiology to assist in patient care
• Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infections
• Collaborate with healthcare team members in nursing homes, hospitals,

ICUs, and PICUs Skills:

• Proficiency in handling medical equipment and tools
• Strong understanding of hospital medicine practices
• Ability to recognize changes in patient conditions and report them promptly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
