Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation :

$50-$55 Depends on the experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and medication usage. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care and support. Ensure patient safety and always comfort. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and standards of care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications :

Current and valid RN license in CA. Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (ADN or BSN); BSN preferred. BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS may be required depending on specialty). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records POC system

Work Environment :

May include shifts during weekends, holidays, and nights. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting patients, and responding quickly in emergencies.
