This onsite leadership role is ideal for an RN who understands the fast‑paced ASC environment, regulatory requirements, and team‑based surgical care. The role includes both hands‑on clinical work and administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead and support clinical staff; oversee daily operations and staffing Coordinate patient care with surgeons and anesthesia providers Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting‑body requirements Monitor clinical documentation, quality standards, and supply inventory Participate in patient care as needed Required Qualifications Active RN license (North Carolina or compact state) ENT experience (required) Minimum 2 years recent perioperative experience (required)

BLS/ACLS/PALS
