Days and Nights, 36-hours per week, Every other weekend, Holidays as needed

13 to 26-weeks

Requirements:

Responsibilities As a healthcare professional in a Corrections facility, you'll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include: Supervise and support nursing staff while performing clinical duties within the full scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) in a correctional healthcare environment. Oversee daily nursing operations, including medication administration, triage protocols, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies by conducting audits, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices in electronic medical records (EMR) use.
