What You'll Do:
Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged nursing team Drive clinical excellence, documentation accuracy, and care planning standards Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness Partner with leadership to improve retention, reduce agency reliance, and strengthen staffing stability Serve as a visible, hands-on leader supporting staff and residents From Up to Qualifications (RN

  • What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RN) with active NY license Proven nursing leadership experience in a SNF or healthcare setting Strong background in staff development, team building, and clinical operations Experience with regulatory compliance and survey processes A leader who is decisive, accountable, and people-focused Someone who can balance clinical excellence with operational realities This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
