Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse experienced in Emergency Room care to contribute expertise in a fast-paced hospital environment on a contract basis. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care and critical support in moments of urgent need.

Key Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year experience working as an RN in an Emergency Room setting Strong assessment, triage, and clinical skills in emergent and urgent situations Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary team members ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Adaptable, compassionate, and calm under pressure Strong documentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, following established protocols and physician orders Rapidly assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and initiate appropriate interventions Accurately document all treatments, medications, and observations in patient records Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care Respond quickly to changes in patient status and deliver interventions as indicated Support patient and family education regarding care and next steps Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
