Job Description

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Nursing Director/Supervisor, RNs provide assessment and education in cardiac rehabilitation relating to the patient in all aspects of their cardiac disease. This includes exercise, risk factor modification, and lifestyle improvements.
EXPERIENCE
Critical care, cardiac rehabilitation, or telemetry
SPECIAL SKILLS
Knowledge of basic telemetry nursing care
OTHER:
Basic computer skills
LICENSE/CERT
Required:
RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
Preferred:
ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION
Required:
Associates -
Nursing, Preferred:
Bachelors - Nursing
