Shift Details:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, every 3rd weekend (Sat & Sun 8am-12pm)
Job Summary:
Assists the department leader with responsibility for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of services delivered by team members consistent with HFM policy and procedures. Primarily serves in a staff role while working closely with the department leader on various initiatives. Responsible for clinical, technical and/or support services and competencies while serving as the primary mentor/educator for team members.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current unrestricted Wisconsin license required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
Note:
Some positions may require specific certifications, accreditation and increased educational requirements.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
3-5 years of experience in the area of practice required. Advanced clinical or technical skills and management experience strongly preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills required. Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership ability through positive and creative problem-solving techniques. Required to maintain clinical/technical competencies for area of responsibility.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION
CPR certification required.
