We are building a small, residential assisted living home in Brandywine, MD — designed specifically to reduce stress, paperwork, and workload for nurses. This is not a traditional hospital or facility role. Instead, we offer a smaller, home-based setting with fewer residents, more flexibility, and optional involvement in operations. This role is based in Brandywine, MD, and is ideal for nurses across the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) who are open to flexible or part-time on-site involvement.
