HRK Medical Staffing is looking for dedicated RN's for Columbus Junction, IA . 1 year of experience in Long Term Care Facility

Requirements:
Must have 1 full year of LPN experience Current state specific LPN license or Compact license Current AHA BLS Certification required Clear Background Check Physical exam
MMR TDAP VARICELLA LPN IA
Registry Tb Testing- required 2 step skin test or blood test completed within a year of start. Covid Flu shot 25/26 season
