Role:

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care for geriatric residents within a Long Term Care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor resident health conditions Administer medications and treatments Support individualized daily care plans Maintain accurate nursing documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

Active Minnesota RN license required BLS certification required LTC or geriatrics experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent documentation and teamwork abilities
