Job Description:
The RN Medical-Surgical II provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. This position is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering individualized care, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Duties include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to address the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of diverse patient populations while adhering to safety and quality standards. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate's of Nursing (Required), High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support
  • CPR Cert (BLS)
  • RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN)
