• Deliver comprehensive patient-centered Med Surg nursing care Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Utilize SBAR communication and evidence-based nursing practices Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing clinical needs Support patient safety initiatives and quality care outcomes Act as a clinical resource and team contributor in a high-acuity environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent straight Medical Surgical RN experience No float pool, SDU, or Tele-only backgrounds accepted Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers required Active Michigan RN License Current BLS Certification (AHA) Previous travel experience preferred Skills checklist completed within the last year required #
