Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Staff Educator•Surgery RN to join a respected healthcare facility in Hermiston, OR. This role focuses on clinical education, staff development, simulation training, and continuous quality improvement within the surgical department. The Clinical Staff Educator will collaborate with nursing leadership, department managers, and quality teams to support education initiatives and enhance patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
Active Oregon RN License Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience Minimum 3 years of OR experience required BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CNOR certifications required Experience with staff education/training preferred EPIC experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
MSN preferred Experience developing educational programs Simulation lab/manikin training experience Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
