RN Oncology (Ruston/Monroe, LA)

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and health status, documenting any changes or concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures. Other duties as assigned by manager or physician. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana. At least 2 year of RN experience in an Oncology clinic/department, preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
