RN or LPN - Charge Nurse - 2 Options (Evening or Night shift)

We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team at Shady Oaks. Our charge nurses play an important role in overseeing patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This position is open to either an LPN or RN . You can choose either the evening shift (3p-11p) OR night shift (11p-7a) . This is a full-time position with benefits and PTO available at the first of the month following hire! We also offer retention bonuses and flexible scheduling with every other weekend off!

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide direct care and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Supervise other nursing staff members, such as CNAs
• Assess patients as needed and provide input for care plans
• Update medical records to reflect changes in condition or treatment plans
• Administer medications and/or treatments as ordered
• Educate staff, patients, and families

Requirements:

• Valid MO (or multi-state) nursing license, RN or LPN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
