This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an autonomous setting but still values strong team support. We're looking for someone who is: Licensed (RN or LPN) with current state credentials Experienced in or passionate about home health or community-based care Compassionate, dependable, and confident working independently In return, we offer a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to practice nursing the way it was meant to be—personal, meaningful, and impactful.
