RN or LPN - Safe Private Home

If you're looking for a low stress job and wanting to get some extra income this is the job for you. A family in the Rochester MN area is in need of a licensed RN or LPN for in-home care of a young adult in a safe, private country residence. We have room for a full time / part time position in addition to the seasoned staff that is already in place. Scheduling is flexible. Nights

• Full time or part time. 8 hour shifts (11pm
• 7am) or 12 hour shifts (7pm
• 7am) We're flexible with present staff.

This is in a home setting where one level of the home is devoted to the patient and caregivers including a bedroom, private bath, family room with microwave, refrigerator and sink. Assistance from the family is available 24/7 as needed.

Duties include:

Enteral tube feedings & PEG site management Medication administration Turning patient every two hours and stand/pivot transfers as needed Vital signs and patient assessment The patient is non-verbal but is happy and easy going so someone that has an outgoing personality and can communicate well is preferred.
