RN Pediatric Home Health

San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area. We are needing nurses for a patient in 78610. Shifts are Wed-Fri 7a-7p, 7p-7a. He is 9 years old, non-verbal, non-ambulatory and receives GB feeds. We do offer thorough training! Job duties include but are not limited to: Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care Patient assessments Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies Coordination of care Health promotion and teaching Training of family members
