Night Shift (7:00 PM

• 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours/Week | 3 Days/Week | 3x12 Hours | Every Other Weekend | 3 Holidays Required | No On-Call requirement

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN

• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Neptune, NJ.

Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for pediatric ICU patients Monitor and manage critically ill pediatric patients Perform therapeutic nursing interventions in ICU setting Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Continuously evaluate patient status and respond to clinical changes Document all nursing care accurately per standards and acuity levels Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary ICU teams Advocate for evidence-based pediatric critical care practices Provide family-centered care and education Float to Pediatric, NICU, and pediatric ER holding units as needed Qualifications Minimum 1+ year experience in Pediatric ICU or related specialty required Strong critical thinking and pediatric assessment skills Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced ICU environment Experience in managing ventilated or critically ill pediatric patients preferred ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing) required Graduate from accredited nursing program required BSN preferred BLS (American Heart Association) required PALS required Telemetry certification required New Jersey RN License or Compact State License required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
