You'll serve as a
  • trusted partner to medical staff and leadership
  • , leveraging data, clinical insight, and collaborative relationships to support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • What You'll Do

  • for review activities + Track, analyze, and report

  • in collaboration with data teams + Create and deliver
  • presentations and reports
  • for Medical Staff Committees and leadership + Coordinate
  • imaging and medical record reviews
  • for case discussions + Drive

  • What You Bring
  • Required
  • + Active
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • license in Washington + Bachelor's degree (focus in informatics or analytics strongly preferred) + Minimum
  • 2 years of experience
  • in: + Quality improvement, project management, or change management + Peer review coordination or related experience + Strong
  • analytical and data interpretation skills
  • + Proficiency in
  • Microsoft Office tools
  • Preferred
  • + Master's degree + Experience in
  • acute care or case management
  • + Knowledge of
  • DNV, CMS, and Department of Health standards
  • + Multi-specialty clinical background
