Seneca Health Care Center is seeking an experienced and organized Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and providing advanced clinical support to residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs. Position Highlights Monday-Friday schedule Day shift only: 7:00am-3:00pm Competitive pay: $35-$40/hour Supportive clinical leadership team Advanced skilled nursing environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on resident outcomes and quality of care Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Pulmonary Program Coordinate pulmonary-focused resident care plans Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, and nursing teams Monitor residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions Support clinical education and pulmonary best practices for staff Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives Qualifications Active RN license in New York State Previous skilled nursing, rehab, pulmonary, respiratory, or subacute experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical coordination skills Leadership and communication abilities Experience with care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred Why Seneca Health Care Center?
