  • Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care:
  • Provide direct care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
  • Medication Administration:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
  • Patient Education:
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and health maintenance.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans.
  • Monitor and Report:
  • Observe patient conditions, report and record symptoms, reactions, and changes, and communicate any urgent concerns to the physician promptly.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure a safe and effective healthcare environment.
  • Equipment and Supplies Management:
  • Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment, and manage supplies efficiently.
  • Professional Development:
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Qualifications:
  • Licensure:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
  • Education:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
