Position Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Rehabilitation nurses provide compassionate patient care to individuals recovering from surgery, injury, illness, or chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, monitoring recovery progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families to support successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Job Duties:

Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Develop and update individualized care plans

1.5 year(s) Inpatient hospital/Rehab setting experience needed

BLS AHA, RN
