SHIFT SUPERVISOR NEEDED

! Monday- Friday 2-10 pm We are looking for a dependable and compassionate RN who desire to serve the geriatric population. It is important that this individual works well with others to provide the best care possible. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring they adhere to professional standards of care, facility policies, and regulations. Addressing any issues that arise such as disagreements between staff members or poor work performance. Providing direct nursing care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring residents' health status. Regularly making rounds to assess residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, addressing concerns, and making adjustments to care plans as needed. Acting as the "person in charge" during emergencies, directing staff, and stabilizing residents in acute distress until further medical assistance arrives. Maintaining accurate and timely resident care records, including charting health records, documenting treatments, and completing incident reports as required.. Educating and providing guidance to nursing staff, demonstrating nursing techniques, and helping to resolve complex issues. Offer guidance to correct issues as they are identified.
