RN Supervisor (3 Shifts)

We are currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors for the following shifts: Morning SHIFT (Full-Time; Monday - Friday) 2nd SHIFT (Full-Time-2p-10p)

PRN SHIFT

(must be flexible with days and times)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, and other team members) during assigned shifts. Monitor clinical care to ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and regulatory standards. Provide hands-on nursing care and clinical guidance as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care. Communicate effectively with Elders, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Foster a compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi (required). Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and respond calmly in urgent situations.
