RN Supervisor 259 Norwood Street, Sharon, MA 02067 Full-time Full-time Foremost at Sharon is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership, and we are currently seeking an experienced and confident RN Supervisor to join our team for the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift , working 32 hours per week with every other weekend .

What You'll Do:

Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in good standing Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Long-term care experience strongly preferred Why Foremost at
