Haven Place is a compassionate, patient-focused healthcare facility dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee night shift operations and ensure exceptional care standards.Position Summary:
The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with all clinical policies during the night shift. This role serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff, while promoting a safe, supportive, and resident-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support all nursing staff on the night shift. Coordinate patient care and assignments to ensure optimal coverage. Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and provide direct nursing care as needed. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering professional development. Document nursing activities accurately and timely in electronic health records. Communicate effectively with other departments, leadership, and families regarding patient care issues. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety programs.Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience , preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
