Responsibilities:

Oversee and provide nursing care to residents Develop and implement resident care plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams Assist with admissions and discharges Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance standards Support residents and families through education and compassionate communication Supervise staff and promote quality clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous long-term care or geriatric experience preferred Knowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

CPR Certified Compensation & Benefits:
