We are actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for an RN leader looking for a stable weekday schedule and long-term career growth in a patient-focused LTC/SNF environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with LTC/SNF regulations. The ideal candidate has previous nurse leadership experience in long-term care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Manage daily operations of assigned nursing unit Ensure quality resident care and patient safety Complete assessments and care plan reviews Monitor documentation accuracy and EMR compliance Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident transitions Maintain compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff development

REQUIREMENTS

Active RN License (NH or Compact State) Minimum 2 years of RN leadership or Unit Manager experience Recent

LTC / SNF

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations Experience supervising nursing staff BLS Certification required Excellent communication and leadership skills EMR/documentation experience preferred
