Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina 0 years of experience (minimum) Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills
