Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in a detox setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with detoxification protocols and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and their families about detoxification process, medications, and aftercare plans ```

Requirements:

```

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of detoxification protocols and withdrawal symptoms
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
