RN/LPN Nurse

Space Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a great opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure excellent resident care Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed Follow individualized care plans for each resident Perform wound care and related medical treatments Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and promptly Maintain resident and staff confidentiality in compliance with

HIPAA Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the State of Florida Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Passion for enhancing the lives of residents Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality care

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least 6 months of hands on RN/LPN experience?
