  • and part-time RNs, LPNs, and MNAs to lead the frontline nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment of resident-focused care, defining standards for quality resident care, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team.
Responsibilities:
  • dispensing medication,
  • administering treatments,
  • documentation,
  • performing evaluations and reporting health status changes,
  • monitoring care given by other members of the nursing team.
This role participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team and demonstrates computer competency as evidenced by documentation using MatrixCare software for all resident care assessments, care plans and progress notes. The candidate must hold or be eligible to hold an RN, LPN, or MNA license in the state of New Hampshire.
