Job Description We're one of the world's largest providers of transportation and logistics services. Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises. Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology, and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment. The Distribution Specialist supports operations within the Roadie Cross Dock Facility, playing a key role in coordinating warehouse activities and driver dispatch to ensure timely package pickups and deliveries. This role provides critical support to vendors, outsourced labor, and internal teams by monitoring operational performance, managing delivery information requests, and assisting with supply needs. Additionally, the Distribution Specialist will help escalate issues to support teams, contribute to the establishment of Revenue Recovery processes, and provide guidance to outsourced labor, including drivers. Qualifications Required Revenue Recovery experience Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven problem-solving ability Prior operations experience Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25.55/hr to $41.55/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
