Roadside Assistance Technician (1099 Independent Contractor)

We're seeking dedicated independent contractors to join as Roadside Assistance Technicians on a 1099 basis. Provide on-the-road support, including lockouts, jumpstarts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries only. Note:

This is a fully independent role—you must supply your own tools, vehicles, equipment, and any other necessary items. We do not provide anything.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to service calls efficiently and safely. Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles (e.g., batteries, flats, fuel delivery). Maintain your own equipment and vehicles to high standards. Ensure excellent customer service and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible shifts if desired, including nights/weekends—dedication and reliability are essential. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors. Must provide your own tools, vehicle, and all equipment—no supplies provided. Tire Inflator Preferred Skills:

Experience with hybrid/EV vehicles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Competitive per-job pay: $15 per completed job (as a 1099 contractor, you handle your own taxes and scheduling).
